A Construction Site Supervisor is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the construction project.
- Problem-solving skills: The candidate should be able to identify and address issues that arise during construction projects, including technical issues, schedule changes, and resource constraints.
- Attention to detail: A Construction Site Supervisor should have strong attention to detail to ensure that all construction work is completed to a high standard and meets all relevant regulations and building codes.
Qualifications
Employers may require a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry, including experience in a supervisory role.
