9. Coordinating with the person in charge and arranging related tests or assessments for new students/potential customers
10. Be the liaison window between the school and the parents/students in day to day matters and information dissemination clearly and professionally
11. To ensure and carry out the MUST and NEEDED COVID SOPs for all visitors/students at all times
12. Perform new enrollments
13. Preparing of student cards
14. Informing account to prepare Proforma Invoice, Invoice, and Receipt for new enrollments at all times when involved of payment receivable
15. Maintaining and updating of students’ profiles accurately, timely, and efficiently; keeping student information confidential and secure
16. Performing of filing duties daily and neatly
17. Prepare the needed books and correct size of the uniforms to new students or existing students (new purchase)
18. To brief new students and parents on the school rules and regulations while collecting uniforms and books
19. Ensuring of student meals ordering matters; checking on orders, payments just in case students missed out
20. Coordinating the recording or collation of information on absences (eg. addressing of extra lunch boxes)
21. Receiving of daily student meals from vendors and place at the designated places for students to pick up
22. Clean the eating areas (tables, chairs, floor) after each session of recess
23. To assist or address students' issues/queries at all times which is within his/her capability: in the event of decision making or complicated matters, to refer the matter to the Superior for further action
24. Checking of all classrooms’ switches are turned off, windows are closed tightly at end of the day
25. Throwing rubbish daily ensuring hygiene
26. Apply and monitoring of office supplies, stationery, books, uniforms to keep the needed inventory level
27. Perform Cash In and Cash Out transactions, balancing and summary reports monthly
28. Perform and submit Monthly Claims for Directors and Principal to Account
29. Organize and store documents in the computer-based system
30. Maintain historical records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
31. Work with the Academic team to carry out our internal or external activities if any
32. Perform all other ad hoc duties which are being assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time
33. Take charge of the inventories of stationery, books, uniforms, toiletries; performing weekly stock take and performing monthly inventory reports for the attention of the Immediate Superior/Operations Director
34. Identify constructive methods or innovative ideas to be more efficient and effective for the Management brainstorming and decision making for the better of the company
35. Staff is transferable within the Group of companies or branches or even relocate whenever a new branch is being set up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
