Chief Engineer Transmission Software and Functions f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical responsibility for AVLs transmission and hybrid-electric control expertise and its improvement
- Leading technological and methods development within the area
- Supporting skill area strategic business development and product strategy
- Technical lead of transmission software project acquisition
- Responsibility to achieve objectives and technical targets in large multi-disciplinary projects in alignment with customer requirements
- Communication of technical competence internally and to the customer
- Supporting training improvement, continuous training and qualification of the team members
- Supporting continuous improvement of processes and tools for software development
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed TU/FH studies of electrical/mechanical engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in transmission controls development and technical lead of software development projects
- Knowledge of modern powertrain systems, powertrain controls development and state-of-the-art automotive software development processes
- Enthusiasm for automotive development and technical innovation
- Excellent social skills
- Sound English and German and pronounced communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €95,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
