We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Working Student - Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting tasks, focusing on invoice precoding and filing.
Tasks

- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices
- Precoding and organizing invoices for proper categorization and allocation to the relevant accounts
- Maintaining an efficient invoice filing system, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents
- Assisting with the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Supporting the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other general accounting tasks as required
- Collaborating with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and guidelines
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Datev is essential
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
