The Front Desk Agent position at the San Vicente Bungalows is a hybrid hotel and restaurant position in charge of providing a world-class experience from the time the guests enter the club to the time they depart. They are responsible for cultivating individualized relationships with our VIP members and guests while also prioritizing the organizational duties of the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls with confidence and professional verbiage
- Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently
- Works quickly with the OPERA and Seven Rooms
- Puts work orders and service requests and maintains logs books in Alice Hotel Systems
- Memorizes 5 outdoor areas of service, to seat guests efficiently and promptly when they arrive
- Ensures all rules of the club are understood and followed by all members and guests prior to entering the club
- Acknowledges guests’ needs, anticipates guests’ needs and always responds promptly to maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Informs the manager of any guest complaints, requests or problems
- Maintains an organized and clean work area

- Must be able to work well under time constraints and remain calm
- Must have the ability to input data into the POS system
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language
