In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, making it essential to bring a positive and professional demeanor to the position. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling various administrative tasks. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is crucial in this fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who can work independently while also being receptive to direction and instructions. Proficiency in using computers and technology is a must, and familiarity with social media platforms would be an advantage.
This is a casual position with approximately 20-25 hours per fortnight, requiring availability on Monday (8-230pm), Wednesday (830-230) and alternate Saturday mornings.
While prior experience in a similar Allied health or medical reception role is not required it is highly regarded.
